The Last Stand was created October of 2004, by a group of friends to better enjoy gaming together. The original Founders of TLS are Ender, Oghma, Semtek, Sui'ric, Tal, and ZeonFlash.

The Last Stand is a multi-gaming group broken down into four entities:
1. |TLS| Leaders - responsible for all Clan administration and maintaining cohesion and structure of the Clan.
2. |TLS| Officers - responsible for maintaining the individual game they lead.
3. |TLS| Members - responsible for having fun, hanging out with like-minded people, and enjoying time away from reality with a FPS, a MMORPG or just some good old fashioned conversations.
4. Recruits- folks that game with us before they decide to become members.

It should be understood that Leaders, and Officers, and members will do their best to support each other, and try to keep The Last Stand a desirable place to play.

The Last Stand is built upon the framework of an open door policy. If you have a clan related issue (good or bad) you can always discuss it with your CO or with a Leader. It is recommended that you refer to an officer, because he/she probably has a better idea of what you're talking about and can represent your ideas better if it comes down to a clan leaders decision. Remember, each game CO and each Leader has an equal vote in almost all decisions.

A final note: The Last Stand clan was formed for the enjoyment of gaming. Administration should never come before fun, and there should never be a time when someone says "I wish I had more time to play," because you should always have enough time for your games!
